Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

In 2023, i3Secure was awarded the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award in acknowledgement of its support to the Armed Forces community.

As a Silver Award holder, we have demonstrated our support through a number of commitments including:

• Ensuring Armed Forces personnel are treated fairly during our recruitment processes.
• Actively ensuring that our team are aware of our positive policies towards Defence people issues.
• Enabling Reservist mobilisations and providing 5 days’ additional unpaid/paid leave to allow them to carry out their responsibilities without financial disadvantage.
• Providing mentors to service-leavers when they join i3Secure.
• Offering an extensive training and learning budget to help up-skill those who are entering the industry from the Forces.

Over 50% of our employees at i3Secure are ex-Armed Forces, many of whom are active members of the Reserves.
